Shipping Policy
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Braj-Raj is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup. Upon collecting the article, your replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours

A nominal ₹100 exchange handling fee will be charged per item
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged or defective item received

Incorrect product or size delivered

Visible stains, quality defects, or manufacturing faults
If such an issue occurs and is reported within 3 days of delivery, we will arrange an exchange or return at no extra cost
In eligible return cases, both-way logistics charges will be handled by Braj-Raj
2. Discounted or Sale Items

Returns and exchanges are not applicable on discounted or sale items, as they are already available at reduced prices.

In special cases (for example, first-time customers), exchanges may be allowed under these terms:

Only for a different size of the same article

If the preferred size is unavailable, exchange may be made for another item of similar value

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp

Customers must ship back the article and share valid tracking details within 7 working days

Articles will be accepted only after quality inspection. If the item fails this check, it will be returned to the customer

All shipping, handling, and reshipment charges must be borne by the customer
